Hey friend!
I’m Claire. New England raised currently living in sunny Austin, TX and pursuing my life’s work to help other women reach the best versions of themselves in ways they actually love.
My mom raised me to enjoy physical activity. I struggled with ADHD and anxiety through high school and I discovered that the gym gave me a small window in the day of true, unbreakable focus and empowerment to be more confident than I ever thought possible.

In 2019 after a difficult year of personal struggles, I asked myself, “Why not me?” and went all in on a dream I’d been putting off pursuing for years: stepping on the physique stage.
I debuted in the OCB Hall of Fame competition in Springfield, MA, taking the top title in all 5 of my classes along with the Overall and my pro card.
Following my show I committed to spending my intended off-season exploring my lifestyle approach to fitness in a way that would be most sustainable and enjoyable for me.
Lifting up others through fitness
When plans to compete again in 2020 came to a screeching halt, I opted to get my Personal Training certification and softly began taking a few online clients.
I was completely bewildered at the way the act of supporting other women in their journey to be their most confident, healthiest selves filled me up.
By the end of 2020, I had 25 women on my team and was packing up to move to Austin. In 2021, I added 2 more certifications (OFNC Online Fitness Nutrition Certification and HMCC Health Mindset Coach Certification) to my education, an soul sister of an assistant Coach, Robyn Donovan, and an incredibly resourceful and passionate Virtual Admin, Shay Dutton to my team.
Today, FHF is a team of 60 women all dedicated to supporting one another. It is my hope that this team will be known as the community of support, wealth of resources, knowledge and empowerment that serves as completely transformative to what women used to think of what it means to “get fit.”
